Kathy Maloney is an actor, host, and performer, on camera and off. Like every actor committed to the craft, she understands that performance is never just about technique. It’s about self-access, emotional range, presence, and the courage to inhabit other lives without losing your own.

Alongside her acting career, Kathy is a Certified Life and Relationship Transition Coach, Certified Separation and Divorce Coach, and Certified Family Mediator. This work is not separate from her acting, it’s an extension of it.

Her path into coaching emerged through performance, not away from it. In 2018, Kathy became the official “acting” coach on the reality series Top Million Dollar Agent, helping agents navigate the pressure of being filmed while building a public-facing brand. What quickly became clear was this: the people who thrived weren’t trying to perform. They were learning how to be themselves under pressure.

That insight reshaped her work. Confidence wasn’t about polish, it was about clarity, identity, and presence. The coaching naturally expanded beyond performance into the deeper work of self-management: how people show up when expectations are high, when self-doubt appears, and when life asks more than a role.

As an actor, Kathy understands performance.

As a coach, she understands what happens when life demands truth.

Her work further deepened through her own relationship transition and separation, reinforcing what she had seen both on set and off: people don’t need to be fixed, they need grounded, practical support to navigate change personally, professionally, and relationally.

Today, Kathy doesn’t coach people to perform.

She coaches them to show up fully, truthfully, and with confidence.

Coaching didn’t replace Kathy’s work as an actor…it sharpened it!
